- If you don"t like the item, please give it back to the courier and you must pay the shipping fees.
- This is the only way we accept returns. We will not accept any returns once the courier leaves.
- If an item is ruined due to wrong way of washing, ironing or wearing we will not be able to return or exchange it.

في حال عدم الرغبة في المنتج، يجب إرجاعه مباشرة إلى مندوب التوصيل، مع تحمّل العميل كامل رسوم الشحن.
يُعد هذا الإجراء الوسيلة الوحيدة المعتمدة لدينا لقبول المرتجعات، ولا يُقبل أي طلب استرجاع بعد مغادرة مندوب التوصيل.
لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج تعرض للتلف نتيجة سوء الاستخدام، أو الغسيل الخاطئ، أو الكي غير المناسب، أو طريقة ارتداء غير صحيحة.
يرجى إتمام الطلب فقط في حال وجود نية فعلية للاستلام.
إن رفض الطلب أو عدم استلامه عند التسليم قد يؤدي إلى إضافة العميل إلى القائمة السوداء، مع تقييد أو منع الشراء مستقبلاً.
